Splash Palace Swim School is a leading swim school dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children to learn and love the water. We specialise in swim programs for children of all ages, including infants and toddlers.

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to be trained as a Swim Teacher for our baby classes, to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover. In this role, you'll lead engaging and age-appropriate swim classes for infants and toddlers (ages 6 months to 3 years), helping to build water confidence and essential aquatic skills in a supportive and playful setting.

This position is part-time, with shifts scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver fun, interactive, and structured swim lessons for babies and toddlers with their caregivers
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all swimmers and families
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering feedback and support
• Work collaboratively with the swim school team to uphold high teaching standards
• Maintain accurate class records and attendance

What We're Looking For:

• Warm, patient, and engaging personality with a passion for early childhood development
• Austswim/Swim Australia Teacher of Infant & Preschool Aquatics qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current CPR and Working With Children Check (or state equivalent)
• Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday mornings
