Parks Business Support Officer

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Business Support: Efficiently manage daily operations which includes our booking system for Parks and Recreation, Cemetery, and Crematorium services.
Document Management: Handle and store documents with accuracy and confidentiality; maintain regular reports and update records.
Office Administration: Managing calls, invoicing, stock control, and minute taking. Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, and minute-taking.
Customer Service: Provide great customer service to the community, resolving issues and serve as a central point of communication. Relaying information between departments and ensuring clarity and consistency.
What you will bring:
- NZQA Level 3 or equivalent
- Well-developed computer knowledge and skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office
- Proven organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce concise, accurate and timely reports, both in verbal and written form
- Previous Customer Service experience
